PAYMENT POLICIES
(Preschool, Recreational & Tumbling)
Tuition is paid by session: Tuition is due at the time of Registration.

If your payment is not submitted in full, a $20.00 Late Fee will be applied to your account. This Late Fee will not be voided or waived.

If payment is not made at the time of registration, your child will not be registered for the class.

Registration Fee: There is a $20 registration fee per athlete. This fee covers the cost of registering and maintaining family records. If your athlete withdraws from our program and re-enrolls within 30 days after their last day of enrollment, the $20 registration fee will be waived at the time of registration. Any enrollment after 30 days will be subject to the $20 registration fee

How to Make a Payment:

Payments may be made in person with cash.

Payments may be made with a personal check. Please make your check payable to R&B Training Center and please note the student's name, class, day, and time on the memo portion of your check. A $25 fee will be assessed on all returned checks.

Payments may be made with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.

Payments can be made online by going to www.ultimatefusionathletics.com, clicking "Login!" and entering in your credentials (email address you provided to the gym and password you created). If your daughter is currently enrolled and you do not know how to access your account, please call us at (920) 886-1046. Do not create a new account, as your billing information will not be accessible through a new account.

Payments can be made through the Ultimate Fusion App. Click “Home”, “My Account”, “My Account”, and “Pay Now”.

WITHDRAWAL FROM PROGRAM POLICY
(Preschool, Recreational & Tumbling)
You may withdraw from the Program at any time and receive a credit to your account. Regardless of duration, classes attended or unattended,
R&B Training Center Home of Ultimate Fusion does not issue refunds.
Parents wishing to withdraw their student from the Program must provide a written notification (via email) to ultimatefusion@yahoo.com at least two (2) days prior to the discontinuation of enrollment. For the purpose of determining a credit, a student shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the Program of Ultimate Fusion when the parent/guardian notifies the Program of the date of the student’s withdrawal.
Failure to comply with the Program’s withdrawal policy will result in the amount owed up to the date of written notification.
Credits are non-transferable.
Ultimate Fusion does not reimburse for canceled classes due to holidays, vacations, illness, weather, injury, or any other reason.
MAKEUP POLICY
(Preschool, Recreational & Tumbling)
Make-up classes are not allowed. Please, contact the office immediately to inform us of your child not attending.
Preschool, Recreational & Tumbling students are not allowed Make-up classes due to illness or injury.
If your athlete's class is canceled for a day they would normally have class during the 12 week session, your athlete(s) will receive a voucher via email to be redeemed for a FREE open gym per canceled class. This voucher is to be used at any one of our open gym's during the 12 week session your athlete(s) is currently enrolled in. This voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit. If lost, it will not be replaced.
Ultimate Fusion is not responsible for replacing any lost or stolen vouchers. ​
